Sandra Evarrs, PhD is a Licensed Child Psychologist and Clinical Professor at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With more than two decades of experience in clinical practice, higher education, and disability advocacy, she is committed to strengthening outcomes for children and families through evidence-based, ethical care.
